Today, I set up a WordPress Blog. Please visit me at www.editarium.com
|
My placeholder picture is in desperate need of cropping. I tried unsuccessfully for hours to resize and reload it. Fortunately, I have a good friend who has offered to do it for me; after which, I hope I can learn the process from her, so I can do it myself in the future.
Off I go to study more of Host Gator's tutorials, so I can understand the full-range of site building options.

| Today, I've decided to publish. I'll, of course, be editing daily or weekly for some time to come. Host Gator and Plesk Sitebuilder has been a pretty good experience. I still have a lot to learn, but HG has some great tutorials, and the help desk folks are very good. So--I'm already editing the published site and I just viewed it five minutes ago. Are we ever done with editing?

| Today, I wrote a poem about my least-favorite part-of-speech, the phrasal adjective. I hate following CMOS, page 171 for it's many rules of hyphenating adjectives. So--I'll have to let you know if my poem is selected. My last poem was selected (Ode to Em) by Grammar Girl. That was sort of a big deal, because she is favored by Oprah, and her publications are high-end.

Wow--I lost my initial content, had to rewrite everything, and rebuild in Host Gator. The help desk is okay, but they couldn't find my last version, and I had to redo EVERYTHING.
